Support local movies. How can I do that after watching last night show? I always say wait for free tickets or rentals to be available. “Pleasure Factory” Don’t be deceive by what is written in some lame ass Chinese magazines or even the review. It’s a slow, low-budget, more towards “documentary” kind of show. There’s a lot of long focuses on people at vending machine, walking, staring, which meant to emphasize some kind of intense but sadly became too droning and thus lost its original motif. And if you’re hoping to see some kick-ass romping, you will be sadly disappointed, like me. And to think that I didn’t even get to see the one man I was so looking forward to being naked in that show. Haiz.. life is so unfair. Maybe it’s me with my lack of artistic sense but when the movie ends I went “Huh!.... what the f….?!” So, watch it at your own risk. You’ve been warned. |
